We have an excellent team of Engineers who have executed Installations at the most difficult of places - be it the tough terrain of Himalayas near Leh Ladakh or the hot desserts at the borders of Jaisalmer and Bhuj, down south near the backwaters of Kerela at Palaghat or the extreme conditions in East India at Shillong and Siliguri.
We have had Annual Maintenance Contracts from Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari & Kerala to Kolkatta, Gujarat to Assam. Our team of Engineers headed by a highly technical person has managed AMC's for over 25 long years continuosly at some of the places and are looking after AMC's at the difficult terrorist infested areas of Jammu & Srinagar.
We take pride in our technical designs and products as we have had our products run continuously for 25 years, 24x7. But as with all products, if there is any fault, our team of Engineers reach the site as quickly as possible providing the best of services.
For our own products, we give a warranty of 3 years for all Power Components and even after that for minor faults, we shall only charge visit expenses, provided the Equipment has not been misused. For products manufactured by other Companies, we can undertake repairs after a thorough assessment.
We are also developing an online IoT product which shall track the fault of your asset and we shall pro-actively get it fixed.
