Late Sh N K Jain (Founder Chairman)
A First generation Entrepreneur. Born on 8th Jan, 1927 in a family of administrators, he graduated in Science from Lahore (Pakistan) in undivided India. After partition, the family shifted to Ambala Cantt. where he pursued his interest in Radio & Wireless communication and graduated as a Diplomate of British Institute of Radio Engineers (Brit.I.R.E) and started his career in the rare field of Radio technology. In further pursuit of electronics of the Vacuum Tube Valve era, he joined team work with Capt.T A Mendes (Retd Captain of British Police Wireless) and designed advanced Test & Measurement instruments such as Cathode Ray Oscilloscopes, VTVM, Wein Bridge Audio Oscillators, RF Signal Generators and electronically Regulated Power Supplies way back in 1955. The instruments, under the brand name of 'Genel' were widely accepted in premium R&D organisations, Engineering colleges and other Educational institutes of the country.
In 1967, he set up the present company under the name of Instruments & Equipment Co to embrace wider fields of equipment and diversified into the design and manufacturing of Battery Chargers and Rectifier Equipment for the Defence, Railways and Transport Undertakings. In 1970 the Company started the manufacture of Power Conditioning equipment as the country was passing through a grave Mains Voltage crisis.
He was a true entrepreneur and has been the mentor and guiding force of the present Team. He left a rich legacy in the form of present company when he passed away on 22nd September, 1983. He always promoted the welfare of Electronics Industry at all Government forums and was the founder President of Haryana Electronic Industries Association (HEIA).
Mr P.K.Jain (Chairman)
A second generation Entrepreneur and a 1973 batch Graduate Engineer with 40 YEARS of experience in Product Design & Quality Control. Member BIS Panel Sectional Committee for formation of Standard Specifications for Voltage Stabilizer viz IS 9815:1994 (Rev 2009), IS 8448:1989 (Rev2008), IS 8447:1989 (Rev 2008). He is the guiding force for innovations, technical matters and quality standards of the Company.
Mr S.K.Jain (MD)
A second generation Entrepreneur and a man of Commerce and Management with 35 years of experience in Marketing and Financial Control. He is well versed in marketing company products to Government Departments and Public Sector Institutions. A man of Courage, Grit, Determination and Persistence. He has very ably managed the financial health of the Company taking it to new heights. He is able to handle most of the Commercial, Legal or Administrative chores of the Company.
Mr Varun Jain (Project Manager)
A third generation Entrepreneur, B.Tech in Electronics and Communications, M.Tech in Embedded Systems from University of Queensland and a Diplomate in Business Management from UQ, Brisbane, Australia. He has wide experience in the design of Embedded Systems, IoT technology and Smart Energy Meters. He has handled several design projects and is backed by a working experience of 7 + 4 years. He was Lead Firmware Engineer in the Design R&D Team, EDMI, Australia carrying out projects in UK, USA, Singapore and India followed by 4 years of experience in managing Enterprise Development project in India. He manages R&D and design projects of the Company.
Mr Harvinder Aneja (Manager)
A man with practical vision and 30 years of management experience behind his back. He has managed documentation of complicated GOI bids and looks after general management of the Company excellently. He manages all the supply chain of the Company both Inwards and Outwards. Human relations is his Forte.

The most precious resource of the Company. The Core Team has more than 30 years of experience in Production and Quality Control. Each member of the Core Team is backed by hands-on experience and vast field exposure throughout the length and breadth of the country - from Leh Ladakh to Kanyakumari, from mountains of Himalayas to deserts of Rajsthan, from East coast to West Coast. They can handle any kind of Installation, Testing and Commissioning as well as Maintenance of IECO products.
